I signed up for DealDay.com thinking the membership was free. Apparently I missed the part where it said the membership was $39.99 per month. If I had known there was a fee, I certainly would not have signed up. I am retired and would not buy enough things to warrant spending $39.99 monthly. My husband and I have accumulated over the years most items that we require. I called this company several times and it is answered by a machine saying the next available person will be on the line shortly to help you, then you are transferred to a voice automated answering machine and asked to leave a message. I have done this several times leaving a call back number, but no one has called me back. I went to the bank to try & stop payment, but I used a debit card and you can't stop payment on a debit card. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
