Mr Massey called my personal and work number stating I had a compliant out against my name and the last four numbers of my social security numbers and to prevent further criminal proceedings I could set up a payment plan. He would call back to back my work and cell phone number ten to twenty times in less than a minute. I paid him two out of the four payments but didn't have the money to pay the third payment and he became rude and hung up the phone. This is percuror behaviour for a bill collector.
