I've purchased Xbox live many times for my son. Usually it is a monthly type purchase. I finally purchased a year and as usual it works then some months later it gives you a screen error message asking for information about your password...or code....or security update....Just kicked off xbox for good....I followed the info suggested by xbox. I searched the Internet like others for a resolution and I am upset that Microsoft isn't addressing this huge issue for its customers. We spend the money for a card and the Internet membership has many technical difficulties. What can be done to get Microsoft to honor its members? We paid the money!
My two sons with separate cards / systems wanted Xbox just because of the Xbox live experience. It's sad for them but I'm pissed. Where is a help line for this security feature...password, pass code and any of the many errors that stands between my sons and the cyber world. Please get this complaint to Xbox live and I hope this one out of thousands will finally be the last.
