I called the recommended "OMNITECHSUPPORT" after trying to log onto my Emails x3 several times and being told "you have attemted to log in too many times". I reached a PERSON on the telephone contact 855-659-2728. He then had me type in an address on the address line and hooked me up to Tech # 15 Wayne. He asked a # of questons and then took remote control of my computer and after MANY MANY minutes told me my email was completely Infested with virus and malware and could not be retrieved. THEN he wanted to fix it...at that point I pressed the RED X and DC"D him. LONG story short i loaded McAfee and did Virus, Malware and WEB scans & it found ZERO! I then attented Log in to Email again and I got in no problem!!!!! This is a SCAM site. BEWARE!!!!!

  • This person supposedly had a computer related issue which is why he/she may have contacted us in first place. These allegations are posted anonymously, so, unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer any comments as to what actually, if anything transpired. We invite this person to provide some more details like, date of contacting us, the customer ID he/she was given, so that we can investigate further into this particular case.

We are sorry that our service didn’t work out for this customer. Our process is very transparent and if the issue is not fixed after all possible tries then a full refund is applicable.

As always, we are here to assist people who need our Microsoft certified technician’s help regarding their any software related-issues at economical cost. We provide quality, affordable technical support, and always try to provide the best services to our customers. That’s why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
