Received a telephone call from a person with an indian accent, claiming to represent MICROSOFT.Offered service and maintainance contract for 2years costing $299.I took up the offer and when i needed to use them ,the number they gave me to call, was not operational.Hence,i am $299 down and looking for a reputable company to put my computer right.[I was informed by a software engineer that a program called AMMY was installed on my computer and that this was often used by computer hackers].
