Hello,

Like many others Windows users, I been dupes by your Company. You called me by phone and offered service my PC for 6 years. It cost € 221.77 . They took control of the PC , and a few minutes later, the person on the phone said that Windows 8.1 (with all the latest updates) had been cleaned .

I sent an email after payment by credit card stating that this was not 6 years , but only 2 that Company Azure Computers committed. The guy on the phone assured me at least 3 times the contract was 6 years old.

I phones to USA 2 hours after having received thé mail confirmation, because that was a scam. Then I asked a refund of paiement. I came across a lady who gave me a blowing up. , since they were "clean" thé PC , for supposedly guaranteed 6 years.

I wait for a refund of my amount of € 229.99.

- Copy sent to Azure France and New Jersey.

Regards

A very unsatisfied customer
