I clicked on Firefox Help, and someone came on
the line, and told me they could help me .They
proceeded to go through my computer, and told meit was fixed, and would I like to buy a year'sservice,and they could keep my computer up to date. I thought they were with Firefox. When Ifound out they were not with Firefox, I contacted Firefox, and I received a nice letter telling me it was a fraud. I immediately called my credit card co. and they told me they could not help me, because I had given them my card information. I only found out about the fraud when I called Firefox. I told Mastercard that,and still they would not help me. Is there anything I can do. A lady called me today with PC Tech, and told me the company had closed down, and they were a fraud. I feel cheated by my credit card company.
This happened 7/29/12. I just found out the
company was a fraud. When a lady told me from
P.C.Tech..she wanted me to buy the same type
product. I can tell you I did not do it!
