Just adding to my last complaint. I ordered my product on Sunday 8th September. After realising I had been charged for something I didn't wish for, I had to wait till ( Monday 9th September) i emailed to advise that i had been overcharge for the product still believing i hadn't been scammed!!!! and i received and email giving me my details of purchase, I had been over charge for the product I did receive the and was told that I purchased x 2 bottles each for $55 an x 1 bottle for free with free shipping...I advised that that was not the agreed price and would like some one to get back tone in regards to this...the response was, your order has been shipped and here's a number to contact! I have since tried phoning the number only to be told that the number is no longer

On 8 September: I recieved the following email:Order Confirmation
Congratulations - Your Order Is Approved!
You will receive your package within 3-5 business days

Your transaction identification number is: 236128

On September 8th, I recieved an email confirmation as follows.
*Your order of Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract has shipped from our warehouse. Estimated time of delivery is 2-3 business days.
*** Here's your tracking number:

You can track your shipment at www.USPS.com. * In the same email was the following.*
WARNING: Due to recently being featured on T.V. we cannot guarantee supply.
We currently have product IN STOCK and ship within 24 hours of purchase.

Today being 17 September 2013 I still have not received the product.

  • ttI feel like I have already complained about this so-called company after reading all of the issues everyone is having. I too, saw this add on Facebook. It had a picture of Dr.Oz and when I clicked on it, I was watching a video clip of his show where he is recommending "Garcinia Cambogia". At the bottom was a link to "Pure Garcinia Extract" and when I clicked that, it took me to the GarciniaCambogiaburn.com website. The screen had 3 different packages that you could buy, all in Canadian funds and also the form to be filled out only had "Canada" as the country to select. I paid and then was told I would receive a confirmation email with my order # and also would receive an email with a tracker # to track my order. It also said I would RECEIVE my order in 3 to 5 business days. That was 10 business days ago. I sent them an email advising that I am not very confident with their practices and that I never received an email with the tracker #. They sent me an email back stating that, "unfortunately shipments to Australia/New Zealand do not have tracker #s assigned as there is no way to track these orders. Due to slow shipping via the Postal Service I would have to allow for an additional 21 business days to ship to Australia/New Zealand. I promptly sent back to them that I am in Canada, gave my address again, advised that if I did not hear from them within 24 hrs that I would contact my credit card company (as they had taken the payment from my credit card for $108.00)and submit a fraud complaint. I also found a phone # for them (a 1-866 #) however when you call it, a recording comes on and says, "you have reached Garcinia Cambogia burn. All our representatives are busy however if this is urgent please email us at.." then you wait a few seconds longer the voice comes on again and says, "good-bye"..I have contacted by credit card company and they have temporarily credited my acct. They are investigating.

  • also, when I went back to the website, the clip of Dr. Oz was greyed out and it was replaced with a comment that Dr. Oz had removed this clip as he does NOT endorse this website.

  • I too had a 'groundhog day' type of experience after reading all the comaints. I ordered on 18 Sept 2013 and still do not have order within the 2-3 days they clsimed nor did I get a response from their 24/7 support team! Contacted my bank to get payment back on 5 Oct when a week later I received an email from Hamptons that the must be lost in transit and they resent it. By now I do not want whatever they are selling just my money back. They did not even respond when I sent an email back saying I did not want the order replaced and that they should have asked me first if that was what I wanted to do. Wish I had found tbese otber comments first before I parted with AU$164.00!

  • Debbie, I also told them I no longer want the product and demanded a refund and cancel the order. They too sent me a tracking # and said they were reshipping and but the tracking # they sent was the same one they had sent 10 days previous!! I contacted Dr. Oz's representatives and they stated that they do not endorsed that website and they confirmed that they are a scam. I again sent an email as they said 10 days ago that they reshipped and they are now no longer responding to me. I ordered on Sept 25 and its now Oct 18th..I would also keep checking your credit card as other complaints have listed that they take another payment in 30 days..I am keeping an eye on mine

  • Thank you Bonnie for your post. I am hoping my Bank will be successful but I will keep watching my account to see how long it will take. Once or if received I shall let everyone oon Scambook know. Even though their Customer Support person Mary Jane Jones said the were not in the business of making unhappy custmers I would be receving a refund. Nothing was mentioned about the "replacement order" that the supposedly sent being recalled from UPS. I don't believe they were sending it anyway. Good luck for your refund too Bonnie

  • To everyone who requires a refund, please keep at Hamptons as I nearly fell off my chair when I checked my bank and found a credit for the total amount I had paid was there. Just keep at them. Thank you Scambook and I sincerely hope everyone has their issues resolved.

  • my financial institution have been terrific! they actually got my refund. Rebecca, speak with your bank or credit card supplier and enlist their help. just keep sending abruptemails to Hamptons. If nothing else it does make you feel better because you can sort of vent your discuss'd with them .also they are not a 24/7 customer support company like they advertise. hang in there everyone and keep pestering Hamptons!
