Ordered the Magic Bullet over the phone from a tv commercial. The phone rep obviously entered the information wrong because when the shipping confirmation came via email the address was completely messed up. She was more interested in pressuring to sell additional items to add on the order than pay attention to what she was doing. She had the town and the province switched up and spelled wrong, then she had the wrong province, and then to top it off had one of the letters in the postal code wrong. Contacted them right away to let them know but they said it was too late, it was shipped. The obviously did NOT do a credit card address verification or the problem would have been caught immediately. So they said wait and see if it arrives, we said it is IMPOSSIBLE for it to arrive as you have everything wrong, it is not even coming to the correct province! They refused to do anything so we had to wait. Once they finally owed up to the fact that it could not be delivered they said we had to fill in a non-receipt claim form. I said email or fax it to me and I'll do it right away. They said no, we will mail it to you (talk about dragging things out!) and what did they do? They mailed it to the messed up address again!! So we did not get the product, we did not get the claim form, we did not get our MONEY BACK ! We want our money back for this nightmare and soon! The stress of dealing with these people is unreal. They are just a big corporation that doesn't know what is going on with their service reps. We are a military family who can't afford to be ripped off close to $200.00! Something like this should have been dealt with professionally right away and either a replacement sent or a refund done immediately, we feel like we've been scammed!
