Offered to renew my Discover magazine plus get 2 additional titles. Ordered 3 magazines over the phone. They charged my account. I called the 800 # to change one of the mags and someone answered my call and said no problem. Waited 120 days, got nothing. My Discover subscription ended in January. I began calling & emailing, sometimes daily. All I got was an answering machine. No response in over a year. Was shocked they have a website - with nothing functioning at the moment because the security code screen isn't working.
