Hired billy (Lawrence Calderon) to repair my porch ceiling and replace the roof. There were 2 leaks and 2 spots where the ceiling had rotted. He redid the roof. Then one of the ceiling spots. Said the other the boards were still good just needed to scrape them repaint. (After we bought enough stuff to redo both spots)One spot no longer leaks. The other still leaks, so the new ceiling part us getting ruined. And there's a new leak due to something being wrong with the roof where it meets the house. I've sent numerous texts and calls and get no reply. License # WV048794 he was suppose to leave ALL the extra materials. He only left some shingles, nails and a few smaller sections of board. He used the large pieces to help carry away the junk and was suppose to bring them back but didn't. On a good note he was nice enough to haul off the carpet we pulled from the house ( we gave him 50 to do it) and his co worker reshingled our daughters playhouse without charge. I really liked the crew, totally trusted them as well. I believe they stole our porch paint we purchased to paint when they finished. The weekend after they were done it wasn't in the porch (wasn't visible from the street or anything) but I can't prove that. I I tend to pursue the matter further.
