Submitted the necessary identifying information regarding a laptop battery and charger I needed. They sent the battery and charger last November 2012. I ended up only needing the charger and they would not accept the unused battery. SO I kept it. This fall my stepdaughter goes to college and takes the laptop I re-purposed and complained she needed a battery....ha ha I have a battery so took the battery to her and it doesn't fit. I called today 9/11/13 to get the correct one since they sent the wrong one and they said sorry. They refused to help.
