Pronto Chargers displays on their web sight that they sell apple macbook chargers and they also have this quote "We are an authorized Macbook retailer and all of our power cords are original authentic Macbook adapters". When I received the charger it was defiantly not an apple product it was a knock off so I emailed them and they told me to send it back and they would refund me. After sending it back I waited about a month with no refund so I contacted them again and they told me they received the charger and that I should give them two weeks for the refund to appear in my account. It has been two weeks and I still have not gotten any refund from them. This company is a complete scam and I would like to know how to file charges against them.
