I PURCHASED THE SOFTWARE AND EVEN TALKED TO ONE OF THE TECHS, I WAS TOLD THE $50.00 WAS A ONE TIME FIX ONLY AFTER IT OCCURRED AND THE ACTUAL SOFTWARE WAS $29.95. NOTING WAS FIXED ON MY COMPUTER AND IT STILL DID WHAT IT WAS DOING BEFORE I GOT THAT 'ONE TIME FIX'. I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD THE MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDABLE, THAT I HAD DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE...I AM OUT $120.00 AND STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.
