My computer sent to H.P. for repair. When returned to me there was a new I-con on my screen showing "Speedy PC Pro" which was a software program for Protection for your data in your computer (Identity Protection). Since Hewlet Packard put it on my screen I assumed it must be an excellent piece of software highly recommended by H.P. I went to the address it advised me to purchase this software which was called SafeCart... "[email protected]" (another website is ("SafeCart order support team".)I paid with my Mastercard debit card for the software which totaled $39.94.Safecart then transferred me to SOME ONE THAT WILL INSTALL THIS FOR ME>>>this was QRESOLVE. After over an hour phone conversation they advised me that my computer was clean and ready to use now with my new Security Software. I did not know that they had used my card number (without my permission) and charged me an extra $407.96!! So the scam is Safecart transferred me to Qresolve and they take more of your money without knowing because they have your card number. My receipt # from SafeCart is SPPC-U160212-66PDK ($39.94) & from Qresolve for the $407.96 is QSLV-U160212-43XZR.I have persued this for months and spoke with the same person, even when I asked for managers, owners etc. It was the same guy but used a different name each time.Trying to go to a higher level of personnel called the Escalation Dept. I pleaded with them for my $407.96 refund and to take the software off but at no advail. I called them for many months, just knowing some one stole money from you you can make you get angry and frustrated. I told them I was on a fixed income and that I may have to borrow money to pay for my heat!! I am on disability and was just taken advantage of and it hurts sooo bad to loose this amount of money that I can't afford. Now I ran across your website and saw some help maybe coming with this scam. The Qresolve phone number is 1-855-253-7233 ([email protected]). I have all my paperwork for proof and more information to say, if needed. These people are cruel upon crying and pleading for my money back, while prior to this my father died and I had a nervous breakdown. I hope someone can help in refunding my stolen money!!!
