I got the introductory order and was in the process of using them when I received another bottle and received an unauthorized charge of 79.99 on my debit card. I called immediately and was told I would receive my refund if I returned the unused bottle and the bottle sent in error. I have received a notification that my credit was being issued and I have never received a thing. This is an atrocity that a company can get away with this kind of scam and no retribution. The last time I heard from Lean Spa was in April.
