2.1 RIGHT TO REVOCATION: AS A CONSUMER, YOU WILL HAVE A LEGAL "COOLING OFF PERIOD" DURING WHICH YOU MAY REVOKE YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT STATEMENTS OF REASONS. THIS PERIOD IS UP TO TWO WEEKS AND COMMENCES NOT EARLIER THAN THE DELIVERY OF THIS INSTRUCTION. IN CASE OF DELIVERY OF A PHYSICAL PRODUCT THIS PERIOD STARTS WITH DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT. THE RIGHT TO REVOCATION WILL BE TREATED AS EXERCISED ON THE DATE OF POSTING THE NOTICE OF REVOCATION OR THE DATE OF DISPATCHING THE RETURNED PRODUCT. ALL REVOCATION NOTICES MUST BE IN TEXTFORM (E.G. MAIL, FAX, E-MAIL) AND HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED

When I go to them they forwarded to Diskinternals who say "We arent giving you our optional gauantee, sorry"


PayPro Refund/Return Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of product purchase by submitting the refund request at
http://www.payproglobal.com/buyer_support.html.
After receiving a refund request we notify the product licensor and offer them the opportunity to resolve the refund request. Refund requests that have not been resolved within 2 weeks are processed by PayPro. For credit card purchases the refund will appear on the next credit card statement. For physical goods, the buyer agrees by submitting the refund request that goods must be returned to the product supplier before a refund can be completed. For digital goods, the buyer agrees that by submitting the refund request that the software/digital product for which a refund is sought may no longer be used in any way. Buyer agrees that any continued use of the digital good constitutes a willful violation of copyright law,for which the buyer may be liable for substantial civil damages.

They are just ignoring mails, both companies seem very shady.

    I fully understand your frustration regarding this case. But as you posted our refund policy above, we give our partners 14 days to have a chance to resolve this kind of conflicts strictly between the two parties. If this conflict is not successfully resolved within the 14 days mentioned in the policy, we always refund the customer in these kind of situations. This period has just run out.
