I got the service done on aug-12-2013 and paid 630$. It includes cleaning of airducts,washable filters and my ac unit not cooling the house. They replaced a capacitor and also filled freon. It did not fix the issue. And I also paid for service contract becuase they told it is the same price with or with the contract. Now they come again and say the unit is low on freon may be we did not check it properly before. And they are out of freon. The service contract they did not do any kind of inspection or cleaning. I have just kind of wasted my money and still of out AC for over a week.
