I received an email on 7/23/13 for a free trial of lipo slender and all I would have to pay is $4.95 shipping, I received the product in a few days and promptly contacted the company first by telephone, which conveniently they are always out of the office even during "regular business hours" . The via several emails, I just got a call from my husband extremely angry that there is a .charge on my credit card bill for at least $300.00 which I never agreed to and certainly do not want. I made it very clear in my many emails that I was not happy with their product and did not want to buy it. It doesn't even work, just gave me heart burn. So I will be continuing to call them and if need be .my mom lives in Scottsdale,Az and I will have her drive down to their offices in Phoenix and raise hell ! Thank You, colleen
