We plan to expose ShunFengLA http://www.shunfengla.com/ for trying to cheat us for false taxes on our packages sent to China through their services.

In March of this year, we sent out a package, and the package has not been received to this day Aug 31. We already paid for the shipping in America. We contacted the company on 3 different occasions to figure out why the package was delayed. They told us that we have to pay extra money 200RMB because the package exceeded 2000 RMB. They refuse to send the package if this fee is not paid. We are 100% sure that this package doesn't exceed 1000RMB, so the fee is not justified.

The company calls itself "Shun Feng" but is not associated (as far as we know) with the postal service called "Shun Feng" in China. Shun Feng in China is the equivalent of the US Postal Service. This would be similar to an American starting a company called "US Postal Service" in China, and then cheating Americans out of their money when sending package back home.

In addition, the company is not willing to provide a receipt if we did decide to pay the fee. I am guessing this is happening to a lot of customers, we have even seen their low rating on http://www.chineseinla.com/.

We plan to post on http://www.chineseinla.com/ as well to help gather other customers who have been cheated by ShunFengLA.

We also hope to get the attention of the true Shun Feng company in China, to expose ShunFengLA for using their name and exploiting the true Shun Feng customers that trust that service.

This is not the way you do business in America.
