As with the previous complaints, we bought a refurbished TV from this company in March 2013 for £540. We were promised delivery in the next 5 days. On the day of delivery, we waited in all day as requested but it didn't arrive. When we complained we were told they had courier problems and delivery was re-arranged. This happened on two further occasions. We were then informed that the TV we had actually purchased did not exsist and we could either have a full refund or they would swap our order for a brand new TV. We agreed to the brand new TV. Again it wasn't delivered. We were then advised that the company had ceased to trade and we would be provided with a full refund.

This is still unresolved, 5 months later. We have had emails, letters and phone calls all advising us that our refund will be here in the next few days. So far, they have paid us £100. We are still owed £440. We have also demanded compensation from them which they have agreed but not paid yet.
