I ordered a TV from RF Deals Direct in February of 2013 which cost £540. After three exhausting months of chasing my order, constantly being given new delivery dates accompanied with ridiculous excuses, I received a communication from RF Deals Direct notifying me that they were no longer trading (along with the promise of a full refund).
Nine months later and I still have not received my refund just a long list of excuses indemnifying RF Deals for their incompetence. As a solicitor I have reported this matter to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau to deal with them. I don't believe RF Deals Direct has any intention to remit it's customers money!
