This company is nothing but a scam. I thought I was calling Apple service, but unfortunately I got Techzilla. After being transferred several times to "Customer Service," "Direct Tech," "Tech Support," and more, each person was trying to sell me something different. First they wanted to sell me a $250 one year "Maintenance Contract," which, by the way, only covers labor, NOT parts (and I don't even believe that). Then, another guy, (read complaints below), wanted to charge me $150 for an "O-Skew," which doesn't exist, but to be extra nice he would rebate the money. Why charge for something that's supposed to be rebated - and for something that doesn't exist. They wanted me to pack up my laptop ASAP and send it to them with a promised 4-5 day turnaround.
As soon as I hung up I called the legit Apple support group and right off the bat they told me the company was a scam. I immediately closed my credit card account and no charges will be processed.
And for all of you who say you can't stop charges that continue to show up on your bills - just report your card lost and the problem is over.
