I ordered the trial for the cost of shipping, 4.95. I then received the product and had 30 days to decide if I wanted to continue. I went online to cancel my order and yet on the 17th of July I saw a withdraw from my bank account for 49.99. I called the company and was informed that oops when you go online to cancel it doesn't always work. I am so displeased with this company. I then followed their instructions to return the unused portion to the address they gave me with the return number listed on the envelope. It is now the 27th of August and I have yet to see the credit back to my account. Not only did I suffer the 49.99 loss but because of that I had other payments not go through due to insufficient funds. I have now fixed the financials but I have yet to see the refund...VERY UNHAPPY!!!!! Everytime I call the company I get a non-english speaking person and then I get the same answer. We can't refund the monies until we recieve the product...are you kidding me, now long does it take to mail a package from washington to georgia? like 5 days tops...this is (Inappropriate Content Removed).
