The same as others who have written comments, this company misled me in the terms and conditions....or the fine print of! I truly thought I was calling them before the 'trial period' in order to not be charged this amount. And apparently, they didn't agree. I spoke with them twice, and both agents were quite agressive and not customer service oriented. That is sad for any company, with any product. If you read this before a purchase, look elsewhere!
