I transferred $1000 to a bank account provided by Mr. Orgourtsov as a partial payment on a Panasonic TV from his website, ordertvnow.com. The following day I requested that he return the cash transfer so I could put the entire purchase on a credit card. Since that time, Mr. Orgourtsov has told me everything from he's working with accounting to get the refund, the TV has already shipped, and the refund has been made. Every time something like this is stated he also says it will take 2-5 days for him to provide any verification. As os 8/25/13, no refund has been issued.
