This is an update of my previous complaint filed on 7/20/2013. Today I discovered on ResellerRatings.com that Roman Oguoustov has been defrauding people of their money since January 2012. These reports were made on his other fraudulent websites, namely, 1)World Wide Electronics LLC, 2) BuyBest Displays(Formerly Buy Best Plasma.com/Clarity Technologies, 3) BuyTvtoday.com. and now 4)orderTvnow.com.
I am feeling extremely frustrated as I have filed complaints with all of the government agencies, Washington state Attorney General Office, FBI, Federal Trade Commission, Better Bussiness Bureau in Washington, and have voiced my complaint on several consumer protection websites and have had little or no results in getting my money back. I known that other people have reported losses as great as $6,500, so I know I am not the only one.
In a response I recently received from the Washington state Attorney General Office, they informed me that their office would need to determine when enough fraud had been committed that legal action on behalf of the public interest would be warranted. I do not know if this means that enough people have not yet filed complaints with them to make them aware of the serious nature of this problem as Roman continues to scam people out of thousands of dollars monthly.
One of the interesting things I have discovered is that Roman does not appear to run his scam in the state of Washington, it has all been conducted out of state.
Even if I never get my money back I would like to collaborate with anyone taking legal action against him to have his website taken done. Please contact me on this website.

- Unfortunately sir, I think you are in for a long battle. I also was scammed for 5500.00 and have done all the things people have suggested. I have had no luck with detective Lance returning my calls and have been told by the Mukilteo Police Department that they are no longer accepting cases against Mr Ogourtsov. This leaves us nowhere to turn. My attorney has suggested filing a suit against the Attorney Generals Office and the Mukilteo Police Department for failure to prosecute a known criminal and failure to act on or accept criminal reports, thus contributing to and aiding Roman and his activities. More people should let these agencies know this is a possibility and maybe they will actually do something. It would be a federal case as the transactions cross state lines. With the police department not accepting any more cases you really have nowhere to turn. Sorry.

- I would love for all of us to get together and file a class action suit or at least get a larger combined damages so maybe the police dept and attorney general would take us seriously.

I have just noticed that Roman's partner in crime Ulyana Brunets was taken to small claims court in the state of Washington. She was listed previously when they were using the other website names like BuyTvtoday.com. Many people did wire transfers in her name. The bottom line is that the website BuyTvtoday has been taken down by Google. However Roman still has the Ordertvnow website up.
I have filed a claim in small claims court in Washington against Roman with a max amount of $5,000 as you may well know. We were aware of the attitude the Mukeliteo Police Department. I was not at all happy withe th AG's office either as they made it clear to me that their responsibility was to the people of the state of Washington only. Of course, all of Roman's fraud has been out of state.
