I went online to post a change of address form. Unbeknownst to me, I was actually directed to changemyaddress.com and entered my old and new address. I wake up the following morning and find a $19.99 charge to my bank account. I called the number on the changemyaddress.com website only to be directed to another number that has no association with this site. I called back and waited on hold 15 minutes before getting to another representative who after an argument, offered me at $5 refund. I advised her that wasn't sufficient and needed to speak with her superior. She hung up on me. Scam artists for sure. I will continue to call until I get a resolution, but in the meantime, steer clear of this company!
