The link came up on top of the google search results, and led to a USPS looking website. The company did not disclose the $39 it charged me. The website does not have any phone number, and there is no option of cancelling the transaction. It is sad to see a company like google would have these frauds on top of its list. I want my money back. This is a lookalike that gives the appearance of the USPS, but offers nothing. I didn't even know I has mistakenly submitted my address change through them until I saw the charges of 39.95$ for me on my credit card. The email confirmation I received from them listed www.movingconcierge.biz. as their homebase to "learn more about our company" but upon checking out their "official" web site, but all they "offer" are redirects to other websites.
I'm needing to contact the USPS to make sure the change of address went through, as well as my credit card company to dispute the charges and cancel any further charges from this company.
Don't use them at all!
