Like everyone else, I mistakenly used this website to change my address, thinking it was connected to USPS. Noticed the charge on my bank account and called the number someone posted below. OF COURSE, the representative (after me giving her my info) couldn't find a transaction that had the last 4 numbers of my debit card on it, so it couldn't be refunded. She transferred my info to the head of her department and said in 48-72 hours they'd be calling me back. I told her once the payment goes through, I'm having my bank cancel it and report them regardless of what she's able to do.
