I have been trying to obtain money back from this company as well. The wig i received looked as though a six year old had cut it, like i did with my dolls so much hair at the front and nothing at the back i have been offered £30.00 up to now but have refused I have offered to pay return costs if they sent an address which seems to the hardest question for them to answer they don,t want you to know where they are I have just found out it is in china. When i ordered the wig i was under the impression that it was a uk based company, very misleading. Please be aware.
