I ordered two wigs from Halo wig company in the midst of chemotherapy the first part of June. I was informed that the wigs did not even ship until July 8th, and I didn't receive them until October 20th. By this point I no longer needed them. I promptly sent them back to the return address they were shipped from in California on the 22nd. I can verify they received them, yet my money has not been refunded. Throughout this process I have tried to contact them via email and Facebook over a dozen times with no response. Q
