I ordered the product on 6/23/2011. I returned it and they signed for it on 7/23/2011. I called 7 different times with them saying they would put me on the list to reimburse. I called Monday 9/10/2011 with the message telling me to call a different 800 number. I called and they said they can't find my account and would email their supervisor to contact me - which they did NOT. I called back on Friday (10/14/2011) and got the same run around. All I want is my money back, please help.

- Same thing here and CC will not help not sure if police will. I called for 3 months Jacob supervisor never calls back. This one is out of Kentuky. Make sure right one there are many of them with Hcg but none will give money back. I hope someone helps us good luck
