I keep trying to contact the http://www.dutyfreedirect.com via phone 1-347-708-1664 and by emailing [email protected]
I placed the order because I am out of the state and instead of paying $100 for the fairy ride to W.A I decided to try the duty-free and now I wish I took the two hour fairy ride over to W.A. I was first told my shipment would come by end of July, then told August 6, then I called them on August 9th they said they needed an extension! I explained this is a business, they should not need an extension considering I have waited over 40 days already and not to mention I return to the states this week. They offered to reroute the package to my home location I requested a refund which they are refusing to do. I went to the BBB but since they have no business contact information posted on their website it is hard to file a complaint. I plan on following up with my bank to see about a reversal payment due to fraud website.
