I purchased cigarettes on Nov. 5th. The order was supposedly shipped on Nov. 25th. I tried to log on to their website to check tracking but it is set on a never ending loop that never goes anywhere. When I call them they tell me that they are trying to get the tracking number for me but have no information. Then they tell me they will call me back but never do. Their customer service is horrible!! Never buy from them!!
