I used Rocket Lawyer over a year ago and paid for an LLC. Today I looked at my online bank statement and they hit my account for $399 out of nowhere. I have canceled my debit card because of this and have been calling Rocket Lawyer and have been put on hold for over an hour and called their head of customer service John and have not heard back from them. I will now seek out a lawyer locally. This is a total scam and probably has some sort of hidden automatic renewal connected to it. Be careful and do the right thing and go LegalZoom.com. I used them a few years back with no issues at all. I am very upset right now.
