I had an account with rocket lawyer I paid for two months but decided I nolonger needed so I sent a email in the begining of november that I wanted my account deleted and no further charges to be made tomy account. I follow all the rules to closing my account and yet I saw a charge on my bank statement to them on the 22nd of november. I have not been able to get ahold of them to get my money refunded back into my account
