We paid Rich Obren $950.00 to help resolve credit issues on our credit report. we were hoping to buy a new home. I paid Rich in three installments the first in Jan 2012 then Feb and March. During this time he was sure to contact me and make sure he would receive his payments. Meanwhile, CSI LLC was not working on communicating with our creditors. We received one blanket letter stating they had sent inquiry letters to our creditors, which creditors we had no idea. Again, it was a blanket non-specific letter. We made numerous attempts to communicate with Rich via phone calls and emails and the only response we received was this is a long process. We asked for specifics regarding who CSI LLC had contacted and any information that would help us settle any of the problems regarding our credit. We received NO paperwork, no emails, no returned phone calls. Rich Obren has ignored every email and phone call/message that has been made/left for CSI LLC since early 2012. He is a scam artist, now finding out he has multiple companies doing this same thing to many others. He is scum. Taking advantage of people in a bad situation and using the people to make money.
