Renewing a contract for a new mobile phone, S3 under optus. The moment we got the phone, the phone reception was poor. We thought maybe it was the start up connection problems so we ignored it. However, when we returned to the store to complain, the proprietor was not present, and was on holiday.
After about a month, due to the proprietor not being present, the mobile was scratched, and was afterwards sent to Optus for repair.
The phone was sent back with nothing done to it. However, after a month later was sent to Samsung where the motherboard inside was replace.
Poor customer client service, and traditionally when a fault, no network connection (condition) is found on the mobile, the handset is replace.
