Content services , data charges. Below the answer to my complaint.
As was stated in prior correspondence, the mobile number xxxxxxx, was entered into the required field on our website. The service was confirmed activated on: April 17, 2012, and the service has been cancelled as of June 19, 2012.
Allow us to once again explain the steps involved in order to successfully activate our service.
Following the entry of your mobile number into the required field, our server responded with a free of charge invitation message. This message, which was delivered to the handset on April 17, 2012 at 16:23:40 CET, contained all relevant information concerning the nature of the service, such as the cost and frequency of the service, our website: www.gogogy.com which could have been visited for further detailed information, and our customer service number which could have been called, if the user had any additional questions. This message also requested the user to send a text message with the word “OK” to our service number, in order to confirm the activation of our service. Our records indicate that the “OK” confirmation message was received on: April 17, 2012 at 16:24:38 CET.
Following the receipt of the “OK” text message, our server responded with another free of charge message, welcoming the user to our service, and once again providing them will all necessary information regarding our service. Please find a copy of the welcome message below:

Although you have stated that you did not subscribe to the service, please be aware that the activation of our service would not have been possible without the physical use of your mobile handset. It would appear that someone has used your phone without your knowledge and without your prior consent. We have provided you with the dates and times that your phone was used to request our service. Please also be aware that, as the account holder, you are responsible for all use of your handset, even if it was not authorized by you.
In summary, although we understand that you may be frustrated following the charges that have been incurred, we can also confirm that there has been no error warranting a refund. A valid registration for your mobile number was completed on April 17, 2012. As such, in consideration of the above, we must regretfully advise you that we are unable to provide a refund.
