I called and was told they were a part of microsoft and that they were answering the phone for ATT. Would give us a guarantee for all things computer for 3 years and then when I called in with more problems they would fix everything for as long as we had a computer. They did some things but never to the amount they promised. 399.00x 2 on Oct 7, 2012 & 599.00 on 2-01-2013

They begged to have us say everything was good, but when I checked my credit card account, found out that they have continued to put amounts on our acct totaling 2915.08.
so no, in addition to the earlier amount you can add this amount of $2915.00
