I was contacted by Sach Solutions stating that I had issues with my computer and it was about to crash. (worked fine before they called) The tech took control of my system and when I refused to by one of their protection plans the tech disconnected from my system at which point my system restarted on its own and I was not able to access any info on my system without a Set up ID Code. I called Sach Solutions back and the stated that they could fix it for 499.00 but also informed me that they didn't take Credit Card just debit cards. I didn't give any C.C. info to them. Had to reset my computer loosing all info on it. Please run if an Indian guy by the name of ROBERT JOHNSON calls and states that you have computer problems....
