This website changemyaddress.com seems to take you to official USPS.com site. It has USPS logo on the top left and says that you are on official USPS site. However, it is SCAM.
When called USPS they want nothing to do with your questions. USPS should take precautions and have it taken down. In fact USPS should not even ask for $1 to change your address. You do not make it easier, but it is a waste of time after one spends hours on the phone with USPS and their Bank dispute department.
Shut down any websites that are not official USPS. -
