June 19 was when i first tried to withdraw. my first message to support was (trying to make a withdrawal but it say i need some sms, which i not receiving) a dude name john writes back and this is what he tell me Thank you for your email and for choosing Virgin Gaming!

it took two days to get a reply and someone name paul wrote back and said

I didn't get a reply after that. i have wrote them numerous time since this date and they still have yet to solve the problem..
I recently wore them on the 25th of July and they ask me to send my number in and they will get it taken care of. yesterday i go check on the ticket and it says solved. I get all excited and try to withdraw and its the same thing no change. I watch my friend withdraw right in front of me and three days later they receive their earning. Its going on two months and i still cannot withdraw i start college less than a week and i really need this money. i feel like i not being treated fairly. can someone please help?
