We were changing our home address on the USPS change of address site which charge $1.00 for the identification fee and lo and behold this company,ChangeMyAddress.com, appears on our card statement as a $19.95 charge! We had even got a confirmation email from USPS the same day confirming and giving us an official receipt for $1.
