I upgraded to an iPhone 5 at my local Radio Shack on 7/7/13 but the sales person could not explain how to actually download the telephone directory, music, calendar, photos, notes, etc. from my iPhone 4 as backed upon my iMac. She gave me a phone number to call for support, which I understood was Apple support. When I called, I got MyTechHelp offering to help me transfer all of my files for $49.99. Very long story short: I spent 8 hours with two technicians but they could only transfer the telephone directory, music and calendar. The first time I backed up my iPhone 5 to my iMac, it deleted the music and calendar. MyTechHelp knows nothing about iPhones. So I wasted my money and a lot of time. I am surprised that Radio Shack participates in such a sleazy operation.
