My 85 year old mother was called at home and told that her magazines needed to be renewed. She does not answer calls unless she knows the phone number but they have their caller ID set to say cell phone. When the invoice came in the mail I saw it and it said to sign and return immediately. I called the number and talked to a woman who was rude and not helpful. I sent them a copy of my power of attorney in an email and told them to credit the account. After many phone calls with her all of witch showed up as cell phone on called ID She said the account would be credited. After two weeks of not being credited I called the number again and it said to call 1-877-298-0066. A man answered and said he would have a supervisor would call me back in 24 hours. No one has called me back. I have called it several times since and no one answers. I left a message and no one has returned my call.
