My Mother was called by Publishers Service Office to renew her subscription to the National Enquirer which was not going to expired until 7/1/2013. She gave them her credit card information and they charged her card for $191.88. When my mother started to receive billing notices from The National Enquirer in May of 2013 to renew her subsciption I called them to find out why they did not forward her payment to them. I received a call back from Judy who explained that they do not send the money until it is closer to the expiration date. July came and went and they never sent her payment to them and as of September The National Enquirer has not received a payment from them. I left another message with them today, but do not expect to hear from them.
