The owner of this parking lot in Caesar's Bay has loads of money and makes these tow truck company tow people illegally to increase his cash that he does not need, he is taking away money from others who need it. Just Google Facebook Stop Illegal Towing, you don't even have to log in. All is there. His name is Pete and you will find his business number on Yelp under Caesar's Bay he is the one responsible for all of this.
