I went into dunkin donts to meet with my insurance agent at 10am at Dunkin Donuts at 25th Street and 4th Ave in Brooklyn. I had my meeting....went to have a cigarette outside....walked my agent to his car directly out front and came back to NO car. The driver lied about everything....I am on film being in the store.....I was told several storries about how they can justify towing the car all of which contradicted one another. He was threatening me verbally and with his stance.....this business is not ligite. I want my money back as I was exorted for it.

I made this post to a person who was scammed just a few days ago and here I will post the same info- you must call 311 and speak with the DCA, 311 transfers you over to them they don't have a direct line but they do have an email: [email protected]
"City cracks down on Scammer Tow Companies" of the NY Post 12/3/12 is them, they were first called Fastway Towing then Authorized Wreckers and now Custom Wreckers 2481 McDonald Ave. Most people were wrongfully charged around $270 in CASH to get their car back just for walking out to the curb lets say then back to their car.
